Do you handle shipments worldwide?
Yes. We handle international freight enquiries across worldwide routes through our global agent network. Share your origin, destination and cargo details; our team reviews current routing, carrier availability and the services required.
Can you arrange a shipment between two overseas countries?
Yes, we review overseas-to-overseas freight requirements as well as Indian imports and exports. Tell us both locations, the commodity and the required pickup, clearance and delivery scope.
What details do you need for a freight quotation?
Provide the commodity, package count, packing type, gross weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery locations, cargo readiness date and commercial terms. Mention any refrigeration, oversized-cargo or urgent handling needs.
Can you handle small shipments as well as larger cargo?
Our experience covers small courier consignments and larger air, sea and road movements. We review the cargo and timeline before discussing an appropriate service scope.
Do you provide LCL and FCL services?
Yes. We handle Less than Container Load and Full Container Load enquiries. The quotation depends on the goods, packing, volume, weight, route and requested services.
Do you act as merchant exporters and importers?
Yes. Our merchant trading experience includes live date palm offshoot exports and large tyre imports. Share your product and commercial requirement so we can discuss the proposed trading role and logistics scope.
Can you assist with live plants or refrigerated cargo?
Yes. We have completed live date palm offshoot exports using refrigerated-container arrangements. The required cargo-care conditions, government certificates and transit arrangements are reviewed for each proposed shipment.
Can you coordinate EXW, DDP or door delivery?
Yes. We handle enquiries for these arrangements. We confirm the named collection and delivery locations, agreed commercial responsibilities and included services before finalising the shipment scope.
Can I get an exact freight rate from the CBM calculator?
The calculator measures cargo volume only. Freight rates also depend on weight, route, mode, commodity, packing, availability and the required services. Send the result with your cargo details for a quotation.
How can I track my shipment?
Use our tracking page to choose the carrier and enter your AWB, BL or courier reference. The link opens the official carrier tracking service. Our team can help if your reference or carrier needs clarification.

Can you help with export and import documentation?
Yes. We provide documentation and application coordination for the agreed scope, including IEC, Certificates of Origin and relevant customs registrations. Issuing authorities grant the applicable registrations and certificates.
