Before you track

A master air waybill normally uses an airline prefix followed by eight digits. For house air waybills, contact the issuing forwarder if carrier tracking does not recognise the reference.

A bill of lading number does not always identify the carrier reliably. Use the shipping line named on your bill of lading. Container ownership alone does not confirm the operating carrier.
