KNOW THE SCOPE AND COST
Ask us to separate product cost where applicable, pickup, freight, insurance if requested, origin and destination charges, customs duties and taxes, clearance charges and delivery. Any estimate depends on the product description, classification, value, origin and current requirements. Final customs assessment remains with the authorities.
We handle EX WORKS collection enquiries and review DDP or door-delivery requests for the particular product and route. Door delivery alone does not mean duties, taxes or every destination charge are included. The named place, included costs, importer responsibilities and commercial terms must be stated in the offer.
For merchant-import arrangements, we discuss the purchasing structure, importer-of-record role and applicable responsibilities before accepting the order. Our importer details are not a substitute for product approvals or permissions.
DOCUMENTATION AND REGISTRATION SUPPORT
We can review support needs for IEC, customs port registration, Certificates of Origin and import documentation. Product-specific requirements may involve BIS or a Quality Control Order, FSSAI for food, CPCB/EPR or other permissions depending on the goods and intended use. We identify the support required and agree who will obtain each approval.
We provide coordination and documentation support; registrations, licences, testing and clearance decisions remain with the relevant authorities and authorised bodies. Requirements are checked for the specific product before commitments are made.

We welcome a broad range of import enquiries, but acceptance depends on the product, origin, intended use, import policy and available transport options. Restricted goods need applicable permissions and prohibited goods cannot be imported. Product standards and other conditions may apply even where a product is otherwise freely importable.

Merchant-import arrangements can be discussed for suitable transactions. We review the product, documentation, commercial structure and legal responsibilities before agreeing who will act as importer. We do not confirm use of an importer’s credentials through a website enquiry alone.
