Provide the commodity, packing, dimensions, weight, supplier pickup address and delivery location. State when the goods will be ready and whether special handling is involved.
Define the agreed service scope
For DDP, EXW and other arrangements, confirm the named place, applicable Incoterms edition and responsibilities in the commercial agreement. Ask which charges, duties and local services are included in the quotation.
Connect documents with delivery
Review the shipment documents and import requirements before the cargo moves. Agree how updates and delivery coordination will be handled.
